Tutorial de porta-retrato

Logo teremos o Dia das Mães, e este ano, minha filha vai comemorar pela primeira vez este dia com seu filhinho, meu neto Miguel. Então, preparei para ela um projeto que pode ser feito também como presente para mamães, vovós, filhas, enfim para quem amamos: um altered.  Mas o que é isso mesmo? É  quando você pega um objeto que não é de scrap (como um porta- retrato) e o altera ou o reutiliza com técnicas e materiais de scrap.

Very soon it will be The Mothers’Day, and this year, my daughter will be celebrating it for the first time with his son, my grandson Miguel. So I prepared for her a project that can be done and offered as well  as a present for mothers, grandmothers, daughters, basically for anyone we love: it’s an altered. But what is an altered by the way? It is  when  you change an objet  from its original state or  reuse it with scrapbooking techniques and materials.

Material básico:

Cola, tesoura, fita dupla face, fita banana, fita, flores, pérolas, chipboard, Crop a dile, estilete, cola quente, lixa, porta-bobinas, porta-retrato

Basic Material:

Glue, scissors, double sided tape, double sided foam tape,  ribbon, flowers, pearls, Crop a Dile, craft knife, hot glue, file ou sandpaper, spool organizer, picture frame

Passo 1

Escolha os papéis que vai utilizar e imprima em folha 4.

Escolha também os elementos para decorar, arrume numa folha A4 e imprima.

Step 1

Choose the papers you will use and print them in an A4 paper.

Choose  the elements to decorate, arrange over the paper and print  too. 

 

Passo 2

Primeiramente,  vamos alterar os objetos escolhidos. Retire os suportes das bobinas e o vidro do porta-retrato.

First of all, let’s alter the objects we’ve chosen.  Remove the spindles from the spool organizer and the glass form the picture frame.

Passo 3

Depois vamos preparar o coração de chipboard. Você pode baixar o molde da coração aqui.  Depois transfira para o chipboard e corte com um estilete. Corte também no papel escolhido e cole sobre o chipboard. Acerte as bordas do chipboard com uma lixa.

Then, let’s prepare the chipboard heart. You can download the heart template here. After that, you can transfer it on the chipboard and cut it with a craft knife. Cut also the paper you’ve chosen and glue it. Distress the chipboard borders with a file.

Passo 4

Depois de colados os moldes, corte a foto e cole no coração forrado e lixe as bordas novamente . Com a Crop a dile, faça um furo na moldura do coração e coloque uma fita .

Step 4

After gluing the templates,  cut the photo, glue it and distress the borders again. With the Crop a dile, make a hole in the heart frame and pass a ribbon through it.

Passo 5

Cole o coração na moldura e aplique fita dupla face para colar o elemento escolhido sobre ela.

Step 5

 Attach the heart over the picture frame, then apply double sided tape to fix the chosen element over it.

Passo 6

Agora é só enfeitar com os elementos escolhidos. Imprima 3 vezes a mesma flor e recorte em camadas, para colar em camadas com fita banana e obter um efeito de relevo.

Imprima duas vezes a bandeirinhas, recorte em camadas e coloque fita banana.

Recorte duas borboletas e as una com fita banana,

Step 6

Now, it’s time to decorate with the elements we’ve chosen. To obtain the 3D effect, print them several times and cut them in layers, applying double sided foam tape between the layers.

Apply the double sided foam tape on the flowers and pennants. Cut two butterflies and unite them with double sided foam tape.

Passo 7

Depois coloque com fita banana os elementos sobre a moldura previamente decorada com o papel .

Apply the elements over the paper decorated frame wit double sided foam tape.

Aplique o papel sobre a base do porta-bobinas.

Apply the paper over the spool organizer base.

Passo 9

E finalmente, utilize cola quente para fixar a moldura do porta-retrato sobre a base do porta-bobinas decorado.

Step 9

And finally, use the hot glue to fix the picture frame over the spool organizer base .
